What battery type and cells do you use?
All JY series models use Grade-A LiFePO₄ (lithium iron phosphate) battery cells from leading Chinese manufacturers.
This chemistry delivers 8,000 cycles at 80% DOD — with daily use, that‘s over 10 years of service life.
LiFePO₄ is safer and more thermally stable than standard lithium-ion batteries, with significantly lower risk of thermal runaway.
What’s the difference between the models?
The main differences are capacity (659Wh to 8038Wh) and AC output power (300W to 5000W):
659Wh–1280Wh (300W–1200W): Lightweight, portable — ideal for personal use, camping, and light home backup.
2688Wh–8038Wh (3000W–5000W): Heavy-duty — construction sites, whole-home backup, and commercial applications.
What is the UPS function and why does it matter?
All JY models have a built-in bidirectional inverter with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
The switchover time is ≤10ms — fast enough that connected devices (fridges, medical equipment, wifi routers) stay on during a blackout without resetting or losing data.
How long does it take to charge?
Charging time depends on the model:
JYE300-660 / JYE500-1005: 2–3 hours
JY1280 / JY2304 / JY2688: 3–4 hours
JY3200: 3–4 hours (5kW input) / 5–6 hours (3.4kW input)
JY5376 / JY8038: 6–7 hours
All models support solar panel input — solar panels are optional and sold separately.
Are you a factory? Can you do OEM/ODM?
Yes — direct factory with over 10 years of LiFePO₄ manufacturing experience.
We offer full OEM/ODM services: custom branding, packaging, shell color, interfaces, and firmware.
MOQ is flexible for standard models; custom OEM typically starts at 10 units.
What certifications do you have?
All JY series models are certified with UN38.3 (transport safety) and MSDS. Certification documents are available upon request to support your import customs clearance.
For specific certification requirements (CE, CB, etc.), please contact our team to confirm availability for your target market.
What is the warranty and how does it work?
Energy storage products: 3 years free maintenance from production date, with paid maintenance from 3 to 10 years.
Solar panels and accessories (cables, chargers, etc.): 1 year.
How it works: JIEO provides free repair parts and technical support to dealers during the warranty period.
The distributor is responsible for replacement/repair service to their end customers, and arranges transportation of faulty products back to the nearest JIEO repair center.
Can you ship to my country? What about shipping costs?
Yes — we ship worldwide via sea, air, or rail freight.
Shipping costs for lithium battery products are higher than standard electronics due to dangerous goods handling, special packaging, and required documentation (UN38.3, MSDS, etc.).
Shipping availability and costs depend on the destination country and current logistics capacity — please contact our sales team to confirm delivery to your location.
